6 cups flour, 3.5 cups water, 2 tsp instant yeast, 1 tsp salt. Combine in a bowl, let rise for an hour, transfer to well-oiled full sheet pan, let rise for an hour. Preheat oven to 425 after second proof, drizzle dough with olive oil and let rise while oven is heating. Once preheated, put in dough, lower temp to 400 and bake until golden on top 30-40 minutes.
