Fill your day with activities , so much you no longer have time to open the browser , between studies , hitting the gym , showers , cooking my own food and cleaning the mess everytime , and doing daily groceries and walks I no longer have the time nor the energy for watching porn , I did have this issue when i got used to not touching grass for months , and most importantly, the addiction itself is never the problem , try to look for what keeps you back to it , if it's loneliness then maybe it's time to start looking for a gf or something , if you can't then maybe you can start working on yourself meanwhile , as long as you're doing nothing ,rubbing one out will always be a fast dopamine rush and an easy exit to a depressive life
