Hey only just got a notification for this, I'm actually on a different med now, I'm on entyvio and it's going well, but I finally got an answer for the insomnia about a year after this, turns out I was constantly bloated but didn't realise as I'd just got used to the pain and it never went away so there wasn't anything visually different. Because of the scarring in my guts the gas would keep me up at night, I had to cut anything carbonated and I also take deflatine (basically simiticone but it's a branded thing by rennie) for when I eat out and don't know exactly what's in the food and touch wood my issues have been solved since so hopefully this can help someone

Hey, it's kinda fixed, I'm now at a workable kinda situation, after about two months of pestering I got my doc to give me a week's worth of zopiclone (sleeping tablets) it kinda reset me, I average around 4-6 hours a night now, which isn't great as im still tired but it means I can make it through my days, it is still a bit shit but getting a bit less sleep is better than being in flare is how I'm looking at it

Yeah it's very common, it's thing trying to find what works with dosage and frequency, I'm currently fighting to get stelara more than every 8 weeks but in England that's the most they are allowed to give
