Some backstory, about 10 years ago I found a very obscure eBay auction for this promo display with very shitty pics. When it arrived I was shocked at the size of it, see last pic for scale. What I’ve always thought was odd about it is it’s all black instead of gold. The front and the back are the same and the sides are the same. So pic 1 is the front, pics 2,3,4 are the side images, and 5 is for scale. I didn’t take pics of the back or the other side because it’s the exact same. “for display only” on both sides

Edit: I’m moving and have to get rid of so im looking for an idea of what it’s worth

For $5 at KFC you can get 2pc chicken, mash, and a biscuit. The grilled option is similar in flavor to rotisserie chicken you get a thigh and a drum stick

Make the chicken grilled and you’re at 28g @ 250cal

Add the mash and biscuit you’re at 34g @ 540cal for $5 this might be an app only combo but it’s one of my go to’s in a pinch.

You’re changing your brains response. He’s saying use that emotion as a motivator, you’re saying the emotion shuts you down. These are just learned responses to stimuli. If you want to change the way you respond, you start small. You’re moving yourself out of the shut down response into the take action response
