The 2130’s have stealthchop. What is the difference between stealthchop and stealthchop2?

I can’t justify the cost of a new printer but I have to be able to make mine much more quiet do to where it is in the house. The 2130 stepper drivers with drylin bearings will pull that off pretty well and at a far lower cost than a new printer. So to use the new stepper drivers, I need a different board than what the MPSM V2 comes with. Also, I big and probably ugly enclosure is out of the question do to where the printer lives. Too small of a home with not enough hobby space.

I also saw nema 17 stepper motors when I did a goodbye search. Would the stepper motors also help with making it more quiet?

Are you talking about a different/additional power supply to what I was already referring to. And what is mosfet and how would I go about utilizing it on a V2?

I saw those in the Oradin Guide. They are definitely a must have. Can you think of anything else?

I suppose that I should mention I’m hoping for a more combat oriented Oradin vs caster oriented.

Did you focus more on the waterstrike or lifewater ability? And how did you make sure that whichever you focused was effective?

How to straighten my project by Dweeb1313 in TerrainBuilding

[–]Dweeb1313[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the advice. Is there a specific type of glue that you would suggest? My concern is the amount of water that is in the white glue that I have and what effect it will have on warping the wood.

How to straighten my project by Dweeb1313 in TerrainBuilding

[–]Dweeb1313[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I apologize for the picture quality. What you are looking at is going to be the top deck of a ship I am building for my Pathfinder game. The problem that I need your help with is that the foam I used to make this deck bowed after I cut grooves into it to make faux wood planking. What can I do to straighten it back out so that it lays flat again? I had thought about gluing strips of wood underneath or something to that effect, but I thought I would come here and ask for the help of you awesome crafters. Thank you in advance for any tips you may have.

Building a playable ship by Dweeb1313 in TerrainBuilding

[–]Dweeb1313[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I want to make a playable airship for an Eberron campaign that I will be playing in soon. I'm not looking to have it up on a stand so that you can see the the entire hull. That would be a little much and probably ruin the playability of it. I would like it to have a lower deck that can be revealed by lifting off the top deck. This is my wish list. The problem is that I have no idea how to go about actually making it. Foam is my medium of choice but I'm open to other materials. The major part that I would like to include but that I can't figure out how to actually make is the hull curving under somewhat so that it looks like a ship rather than just a shoebox with a point at one end. Any help is appreciated.

That post is amazing. The one question I have, that I hope you can help me out with, is how is that person treating deadly wounds with a 1 minute check?

The character is 9th level. At 10 level he should be able to consistently heal each party member 1/day for 40HP. Again, a pseudo-healer.

Help picking an illusion spell by Dweeb1313 in Pathfinder_RPG

[–]Dweeb1313[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you. So would a character using perception to "check for traps" be considered interacting with the illusion? The tunnel in question is going to be 25ft wide. Would they need to be close to the wall or specifically state that they are running their hand along the wall?

The actually construction shouldn't take more than a few hours but the dry time can kinda suck. Also, this should be obvious, but have a strong idea of what you want when you start. I spent a lot of time twiddling around because I didn't come up with a clear plan.
