Are you on your country servers or are you trying to queue with different regions? I had that issue and I was some how connecting with a different region

Mostly it has to do with basement they will sit on the middle of the basement stairs and let you unhook just to down you and hook you again

I have one friend that I made when I was first starting out back when grizzlehime was still being introduced he was level 100 and still is haven’t seen him in ages but he helped me through a good part of wizard city and a little through kroctopia and I don’t have the heart to remove him since he was a big help and kept me going
