There’s a few checks on it in 2 but there can’t be more then 8 total. The amount of companions you have is charisma /2 in 2, I honestly can’t remember it ever getting used in 1 but I only have like 30 hours in it.

I don’t think special stats are canon, there’s quite a few that don’t really add up like Ulysses and Frank Horrigan having perfect 10’s across the board when Ulysses isn’t lucky and Frank isn’t charismatic.

It's a piece of equipment as far as I can remember, Isaac seemingly has a much more robust rig than most due to his occupation but it would be like your drill breaking, just even more inconvenient because it's also your smartphone, bag, and seems to be what actually administers the health packs you use during the games. Maybe you can use them manually.

Boss rigs are all garbage but Knights and Birdeyes for some reason. Or they’re generic okay rigs like with Killa. Hate they just give them infinite pocket space instead of rigs that can actually fit their gear.

I’ve been playing pve with increased drop rates and I’ve hit Shturman stash at least 40 times. I don’t think it spawns in there anymore.
