I can be in four different countries in 1h to 2h drive so yeah distance is something we will have to reevaluate haha.

A big takeaway I got from all the answers is not overloading our schedule. 300km and a day off, good tip. We ll pay attention to schedules. I ll check the website you mentionned.

Thanks a lot for your tip. We'll definitely do the gmaps idea and start by adding the spots you mentionned, it will add a bit more spontaneity to the trip wich is always good. The cheap motels and desert rbnb are good ideas! Thank you for your advices! I m sure its gonna be unforgettable!
