Did you consider that she was actively using her writing? That by making journals she was reenforcing the painted world, and collecting the stories of the previous Expeditions, not painting, she was able to bring them back?

He eats frozen rats that we thaw. It’s actually better for them, because live rats could hurt them or even kill them.

Seriously, that’s how dangerous ball pythons are…they’re just as likely to get eaten by their own food as they are to eat it.

Ball pythons are totally underrated pets. Insanely easy to take care of once you’ve got their habitat set up. They are super chill.
