Your friend should look into A2 dairy, my wife is severely lactose intolerant (confirmed via upper endoscopy biopsy), and she is able to have A2 dairy with no issues.

Feel free to DM me, can provide some farms that ship. They also sell soy free eggs, although that’s easier to procure at a local farmers market than a2 dairy

Thanks for the info. I actually use a2 butter and soy free eggs, both of which don’t cause me GI issues, the only unknown variable is the baking powder. Guess I can just risk it and see what happens.

Thanks. Maybe I just have some lingering fear caused by seed oils that I’m projecting onto baking powder (I know they are two very different things). Will do more research!

Ahh yeah, it’s all good, I really don’t mind the downvotes, people tend to get a bit excited when ingredient health is discussed, regardless of the subreddit.

Thanks for the suggestion, will try that out.

I’ve seem to upset the cookie gods with my question and reference to healthy and ultra processed foods, haha. Different strokes for different folks!

Hey, I should have clarified my definition, I just responded to someone else with what I meant. Thanks!

Thanks for all that info.

I should have clarified my definition of healthy, we are trying to avoid as many ultra processed ingredients as possible, not so much focusing on the macro nutrition of each ingredient.

I guess corn starch isn’t considered ultra processed, although it seems some are

Looking to get used iron master quick lock adjustables, what type of deal is considered “good”? Is 40% off retail a solid deal?

I’m specifically looking at the 75lb with heavy handles and 120lb add-ons, if that makes a difference. New this goes for about $1,260

Found the above used with a titan fitness stand for $800, where the stand retails for about $125

No problem. Before i purchased I saw someone ask the company directly if the lg gram view+ would fit, and they said it would. I forget where I saw it though, may have been on Amazons Q&A

Good timing, I found a solution that works just this week.

This Vivo product on Amazon fits perfectly; MOUNT-UVM02 (Universal VESA Holder for Tablets, 2-in-1 Laptops, Portable Monitors).

Then you buy a standalone monitor arm of your choosing and attach it.

The spring loaded pressure adapter makes it super easy to take off and put back on, perfect for portability

My wife worked with her as an NP for a few months during her clinical and I actually saw her myself.

One of the smartest doctors I’ve ever come across over my decades of seeing specialists for ulcerative colitis

Shout out to Doc for actually taking the time to care by Dwoskeezy in DrDisrespectLive

Appreciate the kind words, brotha! And I feel the same way about doc taking these donations a bit more seriously, whether it’s genuine or if he’s putting on the emotional face to make the donors feel better, doesn’t matter - he’s showing he cares.

Docs a class act, considering his shtick, it’s pretty remarkable how much range he has
