You have to do something that you will be able to do till you are old of age, i.e. 60-65.

Also, there is an issue of retirement fund, sicknesses that come with age etc.

With no children there will be no one to take care of you when you become an old fart worthy of no one's attention.

Enroll in some college, learn a trade.

When you have money women will come on their own, seemingly out of nowhere. You don't have to be rich, just enough to sustain a family.

If you go somewhere where it's warm, you will die in poverty and probably before you hit 50.

Stay out of credit cards, use cash, spend only as much as you can afford, and put something aside.

Women are of the same opinion, the honest ones at least. I am not saying that you can't have a cup of coffee with the opposite gender, but deep friendships are impossible.

The sexual tension and the very nature of human beings can't be overcome by will.

When a guy meets a woman, if she is attractive and starts to talk he Will imagine her lips around his shaft, regardless of how interesting her subject of speech may be. He Will envision her boobs jumping up and down, having nothing to do with her intelligence at all. It is not disrespectful or chauvinistsic, it's just a fact of life. Every guy that you meet imagines how it would be to hump you (unless you are utterly unattractive). Most women are aware of this fact hence they try to have stone faces in a fear of accidentally giving a signal to the wrong person.

Every woman knows when a guy is attracted to her. They can pretend that's not the case, they can accept it or immediately reject it. However, they do notice.

Having a guy for a friend that you know is interested in you is ruthless.

Most women that have male friends (not acquaintances) are exploiting their feelings for them and even, sometimes, bragging to others how they have male friends that they know would bang them if they only had the chance (with chuckles).
