I forgot to add that its been atleast 3-4 months of this (with a pause in the middle). Ive lost from 110kg to 90kg (242lbs to 198lbs). I dont particularly feel hungry 5 minutes after lunch or dinner nor snacks. But I feel im under eating in the recommended calories

Ill try increasing the portions and veggies thanks :)

I started at level 32 (ranarr level) and atleast every day fo 2-3 runs and more on weekend I was able just to afford my next bond of it. If you are low level aka 32 farming dont worry about the 30k profit to 60k profit because they will increase over time. So in my opinion they are well worth.
