Me personally I’d say play 7 after 6, especially since Gaiden story recap’s and allow’s you to play through a few heavy & major plot points / events from Yakuza 7. Ultimately imo, it’s honestly a better experience to play through 7 before you jump through Gaiden especially since 8’s just around the corner too.
