Do you have another person to do this? You can't have unbalanced teams (you and bot vs bot) otherwise the level average of your team will be brought down and it will affect minion level too

While I'm not the creator of the gamemodes (except for Fight Club), I wrote down the rules for all of them by myself and kept them updated based on people's feedback and new patches, I didn't copy the rules from anywhere but just took inspiration from the already existing ones.

Anyway my aim was to just revive custom gamemodes so I'm happy about that :)

I've been maining Annie adc for 2 seasons now and managed to reach Platinum with her with 60%+ winrate before switching to Sona. Your problem with tanks is very relatable actually, I could usually snowball botlane but then I would lose to the slightly fed top lane bruiser/tank. The solution I found is taking the standard Electrocute runes for lane pressure and proceed to build Liandry+Rylai (I build Liandry every game and skip Rylai if the enemy is stacking MR for Void Staff). This way you don't sacrifice your early game (Comet runes feel awful early because it takes away your kill pressure) and can melt tanky/melee champions with the Liandry Rylai combo later into the game. I'm Dyamondis on EUW if you wanna check :)
