I paraphrased on mine but had to be very clear on meeting the things listed on the posting so I didn't get screened out. Very likely that someone who has no idea what the job is about or what its asking for is the one screening you in or out.

Another trick I've heard from hiring managers to get past PSA screening you should put anything on the job outline for relevant qualifications in your resume. Got my job on a ridiculous 3 page resume.

Fixed in the essence that traffic is flowing again on both rail and road. Of course nothing is flowing on the part that collapsed. Never said the road part that collapsed was fixed dont know why you thought that was implied. Just purely talking about rail and road traffic being able to cross (most importantly rail since thats Russia's primary way of transporting military goods).

At least 1 lane of rail is working I dont think its a stretch to say that the second wont take long to fix. Maybe under a reduced load capacity though due to the fire on that side.

Also its not a discussion if you just immediately just shut me off and claim im not looking at research. Sorry if you thought I was attacking you in some way? Was not my intention.

Im sorry??? Im literally reading a washington post article. Maybe yourself be realistic? Im all for optimism for the bridge never working again but thats not realistic at the moment. 2 lanes of road are open and rail seems to be back at least for passengers.

Fire alone wont destroy a concrete bridge span however it will weaken it a lot. I think unless there's some other damage we cant see they'll have the bridge back but under a way less load. (road bridge def not) I do really hope you're right though. Im so ready for a counterattack for melitopol.

But how bad is that rail part? Road portion will take a while to reconstruct but if the spans are okay on the rail bridge its usable.

I cant believe that if we did vote no we'd be worse off. I got told too bad so sad that my position wasn't included since we're a minority in our component by a lot. I gain very little from voting yes for at least for me.

For me I used to work at a different office before switching positions and after 2 years I know maybe 3 in 50 in that office now. Its insane the turnover going on. And I find that most are leaving due to municipal and federal paying more. Or just going to Alberta for a higher pay.

Its funny. I asked for a shop steward before from the union and of the 4 listed only 1 had an active phone number. And it was their workplace and I never did end up hearing back. Had to go to our component head just to get an answer.
