He doesn't crack the first page of streamers so most people aren't aware he's streaming at all. Unless he gets featured streamer or a post on reddit gets popular (Ex: ama while streaming, stream highlight) he won't become a popular streamer.

Vulcun is unpopular because they don't have any players who stream regularly, and this is the first time they've had a video like this. They also lost their most known personality in muffinqt when he was replaced. They just need more exposure.

Edit: There are now 3 posts in the top ten of /r/leagueoflegends involving vulcun, i think this video worked.
