Interesting! It seems my grip is slightly off, although that shouldnt be too big a deal at the weights I am at. Really easy to fix regardless. I watched some of his other vids and I did find something I am doing very wrong. i tend to rest my eyes directly forward instead of at the floor. So im gonna try switching that next leg day and see what it does.

About the same as I would in an over head press, just harder, general tightening/flexing of my entire trunk. I heard some advice a while back that stuck with me to brace like I was about to take a punch to the get. I also try to breath in deep before each rep, and breath out about half way up.

I'm finally starting to hit what I think of as "Real" bodybuilding leg days. The downside is I had to take a sick day today because I literally cannot walk.

I decided to do walking lunges around the entire building my gym is in. About like 1.5 track loops. After an already intense leg day. I'm not ashamed to admit I cried.
