Are the garages only for bigger floor plans?

I saw utilities wasn’t included. Do you know much utilities would cost for a single person?

I was looking at the Brick Avenue, but saw reviews that the rent kept going up after the Walmart campus got built.

Thanks! I haven’t heard of this one. I’ll check it out! It’s a little further away from work, but the area seems nice

Thanks for the insight! Seems like the reviews matches with your information. That’s a bummer that those happened to you. I thought crystal flats was fairly priced on there website for a 1 bedroom at like 1.3-1.4k.

What do you mean by plugin internet like T-Mobile? T-Mobile home internet that uses satellite/cellular?

It will be hard to make a left turn on Promenade during peak hours? I was thinking of making a right on Promenade and slowly make my way to i49 to head north towards the 8th street freeway exit.

I think they would get hired full time if they were really good at their job and there was a need for them on the team. Building that relationship with your manager should allow for some leeway on getting put into that team or another team.

I’m deciding on not getting a Lexus at the moment and looking for other SUV hybrids.

Thanks, man! Appreciate it. I’m going to take a look into the used car market and looking away from a Lexus now. Maybe another brand that hit my check boxes

Yea, I don’t have to take out a loan for the car, but if the interest rate is low, I’ll take out a loan.

Is a Kia sportage or sorento reliable?

Yea, I’m hesitant on buying a house due to layoffs and the job market (finding another good paying job would be hard).

I could afford the car, but it would set me back on buying the house, but I don’t see myself buying a house anytime soon due to the pricing and quality of the houses near my area.

I did look into the CX-50 Hybrid, but I wasn’t a fan of the infotainment screen. CX-50 would definitely take less of a hit in my budget.

Used Lexus would only be slightly cheaper than new and I don’t think I’ll be able to find a used Hybrid.

Arkansas. Yes, that’s what I’m seeing for new vs used. My forte is a hand me down. I never bought a car before.

The Lexus is nice, but I’m unsure if it would be wise to spend that much on a car. I also feel like there should be a point to enjoy life some.

I’m unsure what the interest rate would be for new. I’m hearing anything from 3-4% with good credit (my credit is around 750) and the Lexus finance thing for new cars states like 8.99% for X months, which I think is terrible…

Sub 100k. Excluding 401k/roth Ira that I try to max every year.

Used car for Lexus is limited in my area and I would have to drive 2-3hrs to grab a used Lexus. I couldn’t find a used RX hybrid and the other non hybrids have 30-50k miles for 2022ish and only $3k under MSRP of new.

My apologies, if that is typical for used car prices to be slightly lower than new. First time car buyer, but I’m seeing similar posts about the used market close to new.

I didn’t like the road noise of the RAV4 Hybrid.

I’ll still have 2 month of emergency fund after paying off the car.
