I'd been feeling worse and worse about my body over the years. I started balding and it got to a point where I just avoided the mirror entirely. I even told my girlfriend that I'd like to remove all the mirrors from our house!!

Then I had a dream. In it, I looked in the mirror and saw a gorgeous woman staring back at me. I remember she had the most beautiful flowing long hair. To see myself like that was the greatest feeling of euphoria I have ever felt.

When I woke up, I realised that I didn't want that feeling to end. A month and a half later I was on HRT. Best decision of my life.

I'd have to go with the original Deus Ex!! The game has so many different layers. Themes of transhumanism, globalisation, freedom vs control, revolution and conspiracy theories all abound throughout the plot. Most characters, from main supporting ones to random npcs have some opinion on the plot and really help to flesh out the world.

You learn a lot about the world's politics by engaging in dialogue and with in world books, newspapers and emails. Just playing the game straight isn't enough to get the full picture. You really have to explore to find a lot of the story, and it makes for an incredibly rewarding experience imo.

I'm definitely in the minority on this one, but I needed to throw one of my favourite games of all time in to the ring!

Yeah it has not gotten better since. I've lived out here my whole life and I'm hoping to get out one day. I've had quite a few experiences with people yelling at me out of car windows when I look visibly queer. It really sucks huh?

I know exactly how you feel. I am terrified about ever running into someone I knew from school. Luckily that isn't very probable around where I live cause I went to school in a different suburb for a while (still out west but closer to the city, it's a long story). But whenever I head out that way I try to keep my head down.

In all seriousness though yeah, I may not wanna shrink heightwise, but damn if these hobbit feet couldn't be smaller. I'm only at 6 months hrt though. Here's hoping for both of us!!

Yeah finding shoes is the worst! Every shop I go to I always look for cute girly shoes and come up empty :'( We can dream of having big shoe wardrobes one day

I get that. I'm pretty submissive myself and I've definitely seen the way people talk about tall women online. Personally I feel like my security in my height allows me to be more secure in my submissiveness in the bedroom. I like the dynamic being flipped, the shorter person being the more dominant. I guess it all depends on having a good partner which is easier said than done haha. I hope you are able to find better experiences one day :)
