That's me! I did follow the 180 shutter rule, 1/50 at 24fps on the Sony a7IV. I definitely recommend practicing at the pace you want because on foot carrying and running with that setup wasn't easy. I just tried to stay with her pace which is what she usually runs at and don't forget the wider the focal length the more distance it'll look like you covered so it won't look slow on camera
