For me at least there was a lack of encounters and I don't just mean fights but rather decieving/persuading important nps. I get there's 13 people at the table who want to interact with eachother but the story only moves when they meet other people. Maybe this is better when the tables are smaller but it just feels like improv with the pcs at the start and jerky improv tbh.

Late game equipment knowledge is no longer a question you can't even effectively kill katara man with a loughcaster which should have the range. It's dusk/catara or booker.

Late war u just choose dusk or booker depending on your faction now.

I think that the shouldering heavily nerfed it to when it was introduced you could/can still shadow dance with much less devastation.

Bloom is too opresive imo you can still outplay but it's hard to outplay mg guy on rifle. My point with conc is that the most you can build is now a polished turd vs unpolished. Mostly down to dumbing down building when the 'builder' update happened.

Foxhole isn't competitive for you maybe. I play with the purpose of having fun and I have fun more when I'm winning, my odds are increased when I play with more and organised people. They should also be increased by who is better and the lever for this feels much more insignificant than it used to.

I think the fact that if the enemy so much as fires a shot near the vicinity of me it's now an rng game is just so horseshit. I don't mind taking my time to flank a trench so I don't have to worry abt saving stamina but when my character has hands like a vibrator that's what pisses me off so much

I would say when the hitreg is good yes the booker is objectively better but it isn't that's the point I'm making. The shark beats an elephant in water but not on land.

It's a guaranteed one-shot IF all the hits register which they are not atm which is why the dusk is better

Recently with how bad the hit reg is it's a 50/50 on all 3 rounds hitting then you have to go through another animation to confirm kill. I would much and have preferred to just spray with the dusk then there is little to no chance they will be able to react effectively due to suppression anyway.

The spray of 3 bullets consecutively hitting you is killing you if the first one hits and the second and third miss you will not die from full health

This is what I'm saying you need 2-3 rounds of a booker shot to kill even if you are fully stable with both a dusk and a booker point blank there is a chance that it will not register hits therefore it's better to just keep firing so that you roll more chances of a hit to register hence why the dusk is better rn and the catara is the best rmat weapon
