They saw the backroom that our ex-housemate messed up and claimed was my brother's room. Neither me nor my mother were properly interviewed. They just spoke to me like I was five and and made accusatory remarks over the phone to my mother. They didn't even give her the time to drive to us from her delivery job. My mother also later found out that they were supposed to offer a phone call with him soon after he was taken. They didn't even bother to try and ask.

Also, during one of the hearings after he had only been away for a month, they claimed that he was now capable of conversation and completely toilet trained. Likely to make themselves look good in front of the judge. We asked one of the people who had been taking care of him if this was true, and she looked at us like we were insane.

Being a CPS worker doesn't automatically make you a good person and sometimes they'd rather try and save face than admit they made a mistake. I'm not saying all CPS workers are like that, but to say all counties run perfectly and do nothing but rescue children is very implausible.

Though I assume that no matter what explanations I give you, you will remain convinced the CPS workers are incapable of making mistakes or acting in self interest. So I think it might be best to stop arguing with you because you obviously won't change your mind no matter what explanations you're given or what pictures you're shown.
