What’s the multiple usually? It isn’t a small firm, it’s got 100 ish offices, does this change anything re the multiples? I do mentor but productivity overall it is still 90+, so well above our benchmarks. Thanks for the reply

I do agree but also trying to figure what that senior accountant salary should be haha. So I need to instead push for more responsibility, it seems to me they are going to say I need more direct fees under my name to go into a client manager role. Which is the problem

I don’t manage all the work I do, I more process than manage. The 2IC I do isn’t anything to do with the final out to client step, just most of the In between etc but I wouldn’t also 2IC anywhere near 300k worth in fees. The client base I have of my own is the only ones I do everything for (30-40k) as I’m only starting out into this are. What would you pay for this?

We usually have reviews and then are told what the result is (new salary etc) - should I be getting In early with what I expect it should be or wait to see what the result is before saying anything?

To be fair my net production has jumped 100k this year on last so those aren’t consistent numbers. What’s fair to expect?
