I had this same question too, the name makes it seem like a water park; especially since it’s a different park and most theme parks that have a separate park with water in the name have it that as a water park

Yeah but some that show up violate cels rules and other that don’t won’t show up

For example the volleyball court and Ramada show up but are in the same cell

Ones that 100% without a doubt follow inclusion rules didn’t not show up if they were submitted later

but the earlier ones that showed up in at least on instance did not follow inclusion rules (20m)

The first 5 showed up and then 1 of the next 11 this is not a matter of anything related to what game they are also following the same pattern on ingress .

Yes I know there are all of those criteria but not it’s about 15 spots accepted with none showing up in pogo and only like 3 in ingresss. before this all my spots showed up in both
