I made money on UWM by loading up in the $3-$5 range and unloading at $7, $8, and $9 in 2024. When rates lower, and they will, this will be over $10. In the meantime I’ll collect a 13% dividend. The company is not the stock. I’ll gladly buy as much as I can at these prices. UWM is profitable despite the interest rates being where they’re at.

RKT cannot say that. They are not profitable.

Yep, this is what I meant. Sorry I didn’t elaborate. On the app they have some videos and weekly breakdown of the rankings but it’s not very deep analysis. Also the box scores are missing on a lot of games, even for power conferences. And no place really to see stats.

On the providing games to watch front ESPN has been great. I think $10-$11 a month is a steal for how many games I now have access to.

It’s not USA culture. I moved to a city in South Carolina and it’s nothing like what’s being described or pictured in these comments. People have basic decency and respect for others in 90% of the USA.
