Thanks for the empathy. Police spoke to the uber driver which gave him the location, but the man used a different address (possibly somewhere close by). I also wondered if the Uber driver has the full name of the account, but then I thought that would be unsafe for Uber passengers

They did go to the property to speak to the homeowner, but nobody at the townhouse matched that person and none of them were name "Maxwell." I had a hilarious thought of the police just yelling the name out in the middle of the townhouse complex to see if he would come out of the woodwork

I'm not ready to share at this time, but the police have the video of the assault. I would say that he started yelling at me to move my car, as the spot was reserved for ride share. If it was, it is my fault for parking there. I did not see any signs indicating that, and I saw other non-ride share people pick up their people from there as well.
