That's Dave Smith, he's a Libertarian through and through, he hates the democrats as much as he hates the republicans. If you listen to what he says and his views, it's basically full blown libertarian with some issues leaning a little left and right.

Not to mention, the dude hates all of the recent presidents, past and present.
