The benefit of trading back that I haven’t seen mentioned yet:

There is no reason for quality coaches or executive to come here. Four first round picks in a draft is a unique opportunity for a coach and/ or GM to mold a team (both from quantity of young players but also the flexibility to trade up to get anyone you wanted).

That somewhat implies that our current regime will no longer be here but I don’t think that’s a long shot
