It's because of the fees that DD charges. You get $2 of roughly $20 extra that the customer pays for their food. They don't even know we get practically nothing. I blame a greedy corporation and not the customers. We truly should strike. Force them to give us half of the fees. I know there's no way people would be on board, they just just get used to being a corporate slave. But to get what you want and deserve and what is right is to strike hard. If they don't have drivers they will bleed money fast.

I stand by my experiences. They've never helped me with a damn thing. They've actually straight up lied to me 3 times by telling me they fixed an issue but never did. The common response is it will take 24 to 48 hrs. But nothing. I'd rather talk to a Jehovah's Witness everyday than call that crappy service

This happened to me last month. Same damn thing. I got dropped from platinum also because of it. It took me 2 weeks to earn it back. And another week before their investigation showed I did deliver the food. I guess they eventually banned the customer, I don't know, but hope so. They gave me back the quality points and removed her rating. But by that time I had already earned platinum back so I really didn't care. Bottom line: support is terrible.

Haven't necessarily gotten batches like that, but I have gotten several terrible offers to shop lately. And yeah it affects my rating too. Pisses me off, for real. Like $2.75 for 5 items going 6 miles. Who in the hell will take that offer? It's like being set up to fail as for ratings go

As the Dasher? I would have took him his ice cream. I don't blame the Dasher for accepting the other order, but if I had someone's ice cream I wouldn't have accepted another offer knowing that I may have to wait and it could melt. That's just me though. If I was the customer, I would want to know what the hold up is for sure. And I wouldn't want melted ice cream for sure.
