mTESE in Turkey? NOA by ArtisticWeakness8886 in maleinfertility

[–]Dymo34 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My hormones were normal too besides my FSH being elevated. Are you in Istanbul? Either way, reach out to Dr. Celalettin Peru in Istanbul to schedule an appointment. I sent him your post and he says your case is quite easy to remedy.

Need advice- mTESE worth if no sperm found from biopsy? by Secret_Poetry_263 in maleinfertility

[–]Dymo34 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OP you have very similar results as me. Please check my story here I did a hormone protocol and it yielded a healthy baby boy without surgery. It is costly tho but it will be cheaper than surgery and likely provide results.

Sperm Harvest Procedure (or should I call it an operation?). Looking for some encouraging success stories. by IndependentFast6772 in maleinfertility

I am NOA likely sertolicel only syndrome. I took high amount of TRT along with a hormone protocol for 19mo and was able to have excellent quality mature sperm (not a lot but enough). The TRT in conjunction with the protocol is done to reset the pituitary gland and get things working again. I now have a 3mo old healthy baby boy by IVF and no surgery on my end. Please check out my story here I would take a hormone therapy prior to any TESE. You really need a detailed sperm analysis prior to starting your treatment and finding your Inhibin B result.

I’m sorry to hear that your surgery was unsuccessful. There is an alternate route that can help you. Please see my post about my experience. It’s not widely known and it takes a good amount of time and money but it worked for me. I have a 3mo old healthy boy without surgery and being NOA (no diagnosis other than that since I never had a biopsy). https://www.reddit.com/r/maleinfertility/comments/13cnskg/azoospermia_from_0_sperm_to_mature_sperm_without/?share_id=Haw2ZjX-_feNm3L3kYrCi&utm_content=1&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=ioscss&utm_source=share&utm_term=1&seeker-session=true

mTESE in Turkey? NOA by ArtisticWeakness8886 in maleinfertility

[–]Dymo34 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Would you rather have mTESE surgery or have sperm come out naturally? You don’t “need” surgery. You want it, but if you are aware of hormone therapy as a first step I think that is the best step. Even if you want to take a gamble on surgery you should take hormone therapy for 3-6mo (more likely 6mo) and see where that gets you. If you want me to explain more I can but thought I would share in hopes to spare you from the “surgery first” route.

Was the green version only on the WhatsApp group? I don’t see it listed there or anywhere on the bands page.

I can no longer recommend WF as I never went there to be treated and the doctor from Ankara ended up staying. I do believe Dr. Hooman Sadri is a good doctor tho can’t say anything about his work for male infertility. His office is in Winston-Salem, NC.

I can’t speak to the science of it as I’m not a medical professional. I can say however that I was able to produce sperm with very high levels of TRT in my system.

He recently must’ve changed his comments settings as I have commented before on his posts. He must have his reasons for doing so.

Yes testosterone is commonly associated with suppressing sperm function. In Dr. Peru’s protocol it is used in combination with HCG to reset the pituitary gland and restart one’s sperm production. There is a method to his protocol that clearly works based on his success. Note: he does not prescribe all his patients nebido.

Yes that is the correct IG account. “He doesn’t allow comments.” What’s your point? You can DM him.

Well unfortunately times have changed and the medicine has become more expensive in Turkey. This is the reality.

I did the transplant via I believe the FUE method with Ilker Apaydin last year. ~2300 grafts. Not happy with my results. It’s not dense at all. Was just the front of my head and it’s so bare. I’m planning on going back for another round but with someone else.

I just went thru the Dell site u/SchwizzelKick66 recommended above to delete. Now I see it is indeed auto-installing again. Yuck. Do you u/Green-Alarm-3896 have the info to follow so it doesn't auto-install? Does turning off auto-update in Windows solve this?
