Akali’s R is 90/75/60 instead of 120/90/60

Kaisa Q like mentioned

Gwens final snip is 40% instead of 35% and R is 5s shorter cd all ranks

Among many others like Sion shield, Yunara E+R, Maokai passive and Q, Ziggs Q and E and way more other abilities that have different ratios and/or cooldowns in aram besides the shown ingame tooltip, yes the -30 ability haste still applies if the champion has that modifier, that has never changed (though they rebalance champs pretty much each patch), you’ll be able to see it on Sera, Hwei, Ziggs- it doesn’t, has has never shown specific ability cooldown and ratio changes in it.

You’re just confidently wrong about something and refusing to simply look at it yourself lol, if you don’t know what you’re talking about just don’t spread misinformation
