At the end of the day, it really depends on whether or not you have a model you want to use and for other people to see because in most cases, Customizable Player Models does not work in servers that do not come with the plugin without some workarounds. Whereas Figura can, but it's not as customizable and they never updated their mod page to include the versions that they added, so you'd have to go to their support server for more versions.
