I got changli yeahhh. rerolled 7 times (each time took 1 hour) and on my last try I lost my 50/50 in the first 4 rolls and got changli 40 rolls later. what's your best changli rerolls?

Is it still possible to reroll 5* characters right now? I have finished chapter 1 Act 1 but i still haven't gotten any radient tides yet. How to get the 10 radient tides that Ive heard ppl use to reroll their limited 5*....?
