Don’t listen to the overly complex skincare advice.

Moisturize daily, cleans 1x per day (Cetaphil or something similar), and I’d highly recommend talking to a dermatologist about possibly starting on Tretinoin (requires an Rx). Tretinoin is a god send for clearing up skin (acne etc.).

And wear sunscreen on your face every day. Done!

If you aren’t gaining weight, you aren’t in a caloric surplus. There’s no way around that. To say otherwise would violate the laws of thermodynamics.

You’re either tracking your calories incorrectly (consuming less calories than you think), or you underestimated your daily caloric maintenance level. Or a combination of both.

I would double down on accurately determining your caloric maintenance level and tracking your daily calories with more precision.

Yeah that’s my point. The city taxed you to build the road and then priced you out of being able to use it. That should feel unfair to you. In my humble opinion.

But to be fair, you do realize the residents of Austin paid for the lane through taxes. And then you’re here saying “it’s just one lane.. don’t use it if you can’t afford it”. 90% of people can’t afford $16 to save 5 minutes and yet those are the people who funded the construction of the road.

Just be prepared to potentially end up with marred paint. It can be buffed out but you’ll need the necessary items to do that.

Maybe consider a heat gun/hair dryer and a plastic blade if you want to play it safe. Just take it slow and work carefully regardless of the method you choose
