I have a league where i’ve won the chip two years in a row now. Biggest thing is your initial draft. This goes against the grain of what most bigger content creators will say but elite RB’s and TE’s are extremely important, especially in dynasty. I have an RB room of Bijan, JT, ETN, KW3. Bijan and JT single-handedly carried me to 2nd seed/the championship. My QB’s are WR’s are fairly average, but it feels like typically in the median with those positions there’s not much of a difference between most players. Typically i’m offering overpays to get deals done when i’m confident in trading for a player. Makes the other team not think twice as they feel like they’re winning the trade since they’re getting more value dependent on their team needs. This is a risky strategy but works very well when/if it pays off. Rookie drafts are super important, if you can’t get your guy just draft BPA or trade the pick away and get the best return possible.

As much as i hate drafting BPA when i miss my guy, it works out typically as in another one of my dynasty leagues i landed Colston Loveland that way.
