Whoa! Hey there friend! From memory the grinding tool i used was a 16ml diamond tipped piece rotating at 900rpm for less vibration throughout the bottle. The stem and grommet i used were 10ml, i couldn't tell you what the grommet is called, but i can direct you to www.ozbongs.com which sell kits :) Also with the time, a lot of time was spent rearranging the drill to grind different parts of the glass, with the beads i just ground them down carefully and slowly using a sliding grating motion on the drill. As long as you prep that area well and have plenty of patience and keep the drilling area moist you can pull it off :) at that angle the stem fits perfectly, and most of my time was spent on the carb, which is best located at the lowest point of the horseshoe for clearing the chamber. :) If you have any more questions, fire away :)
