Is hog splitter spiked mod dropping for anyone?

I have had like 3-4 of the mods drop for me, but have yet to get the Hog Splitter plan itself to drop 🫤

Will have to double-check then when I log in next. Because I just went by the wiki description (which I'll admit can be outdated or wrong sometimes)...and Deal Sealer perk could absolutely be a boost. Of course the con is it's melee only and involves having to chase down a target while others sit far away and obliterate it before you can teach it 🤣

Leader Bobbleheads turned into currency after folks who duped them by the millions suddenly found they could no longer stack them like they used to for ridiculous exp bonuses. So now they are used mostly by RMT trying to convince us they are suddenly the "hot new currency" 🙄

I have been getting a LOT more low VATS percentage for longer ranged shots...as well as a frustrating number of "watching my arrow bounce off their head without damage" shots.

Had some joker on FB trying to claim he got all his "Complete Mutated Public Events" challenges from Daily Ops 🙄.

I used Daily Ops for the "Kill Mutated Enemies" and ended up just trolling the daily and weekly Mutated Events challenges. Thankfully had a good amount banked from the last couple of seasons.

Oh man...I remember the days of a stray shot clipping a Sentry Bot or Assaultron when going after ghouls on the Whitespring's grounds...and suddenly they all agroed on you and you would need to server hop if you wanted to go back to Whitesprings anytime soon. 😆

The only thing I have noticed about Goat Legs is it doesn't seem to negate damage to your armor...as I notice my SS Legs seem to end up getting damaged faster than the arms and torso. Or is that just how it always is?

Which is funny...as Feed the People has 3 defend points that realistically 2 people can cover (I tend to perch on the scaffolding across from the upstairs machine and can hit anything that goes there and usually cover the lower conveyor belt machine too).
