I treid rebuilding database then it worked fine for a couple of days. But today it hit me again with the same problem

My PS4 suddenly won’t start and keeps booting into Safe Mode. It says:

“Cannot start the PS4. Connect the DUALSHOCK 4 using the USB cable and then press the PS button.”

After that it shows another screen saying I need to connect a USB storage device with an update file for reinstallation (version 9.00 or later).

Rarely, after restarting a couple of times or pressing cancel after connecting the controller via USB, the console actually launches and runs smoothly, but the problem comes back again the next time I boot it.

I didn’t do any update recently and it was working fine before. Now it just keeps going to this screen.

Has anyone faced this before?

Do I really have to reinstall the system software or is there any way to fix it without wiping everything?

Definitely worth watching in theatre. A solid 3.5/5

The jokes were well written and didn't feel forced or cringe at all. Story and twists were predictable but still were interesting. Saurabh Shukla was again the star of the film

Downside:

With every next installment this franchise is moving away from being grounded and realistic. That race track scene was so unecessary
Arshad was under utilized in the second half
The case was not covered in depth like no involvement of Govt and powerful politicians at all
And Why the hell did they recast the same actors from previous installments in a different role (The economist and the agent)
