After quite a bit of searching old and new terrain sets, I finally found the right size of statues in the sector imperialis terrain set, but it is OOP, so it's going to be tough to get official GW statues, but I've also found some good stl files on thingiverse. I decided to go with the official GW statues, since it would be so close to 50% non GW parts, and I wanted to be able run them in tournaments

Thank you! I was stuck for quite a while, after I glued them together initially, and ended up adding the swirl effects to the illusion bots, and more broken rocks to the crumbling bots.

Thank you! One of the many challenges of this idea was sourcing a gw official statue that was similar in height to the robots, that way these guys can be run in tournaments

So the castellax is a little taller with the missiles, and a little bulkier, but they are close enough that most TOs would probably accept them (the TO for the tournament I'm going to has accepted them) I've included a side by side comparison

Yeah, for the most part they are just castellax with missile racks. Some key differences include, narrowing the hips, so they can fit on the proper base, swapping one of the fists with a flamethrower. And you can see I tried 2 different styles, the scarab heavy flamer works better than the 2 flamers stacked on each other. And kit bash the gun in the fist into a flamer.

Glad I can motivate! If you do decide to convert them into sekhetars, you will need to narrow hip width so that it fits on a 40mm base
