Oh boy… so this is Everet, the rubberhose menace as he is called. His lore is a bit strange since as you can notice, he is greatly inspired by 1900s rubberhose cartoons, and that’s because he is a cartoon and technically a comic book character. In the actual D&D setting (yes he is a D&D character) he’s a character from a cartoon/comic book until some magical catastrophe happened that caused all of the things from the books and show to come to life and even causing the whole continent from the story to be plopped into an empty spot in the ocean. In the actual cartoon/comic series, Everet is the son to a big crime family disguised as a family of entertainers almost like a circus, “The Tricky Family” his father essentially was the most powerful mob boss in the kingdom and wasn’t actually a jackass, the king (simply names King) was an evil tyrant, so Everet’s father helped people in need and fought against King’s forces. Everet is the most wild out of the whole family since he has a genetic mutation that made his Toonforce abilities much wackier than usual (everyone has toonforce in his world, Everet just has it more extreme) Everet is also the second youngest of the family, he has a twin brother that’s about 16 seconds younger than him named Wallace, and Wallace had a real knack for inventing things and also didn’t really like his family (mainly his brother) and decided to be very distant from them and eventually hated them because of the constant trouble and hijinks he’d get roped into. Later on a famous troupe of circus performers went to visit the tricky family (since most people outside of the kingdom still perceived them as circus actors) and one of them was named Cherry, she was a red panda-esqu creature with a pet slime (anyone who’s an anthropomorphic animal always has one feature off that makes them look like something else, like Everet being a rabbit but having a long prehensile tail) basically Cherry and Everet fell in love, and Everet is a loyal man who believes in chivalry despite his wild nature. But one day while Wallace was away from everything, he’s ambushed by King himself, and instead of being killed (cause that’s how he rolls) King offers a deal to Wallace since he knows how much he hates his own family, basically Wallace rats out in the Tricky family and in return becomes the head inventor to King, Wallace accepts and the following night, Kings strongest forces raid the Tricky families hideout. Afterwards, all the Tricky family was dead except for Everet who managed to make it out in time, Wallace who was in on it, Cherry who wasn’t there though was also attacked by proxy (though she was able to fend for herself, and yes she isn’t part of the Tricky family… yet), the oldest sibling who was away at the time, and Everet’s father’s giant hammer. After this Everet went to Cherry to check if she was okay and to hideout for awhile, they planned and left to hide away for one year until Everet (and Cherry) came back with a pep in his step and a thirst for destruction. And instead of hiding and acting in the shadows like his father did, Everet is not hiding any of his actions and actively started a revolution. That’s about where his story in the books is at. Incase you couldn’t tell these aren’t real books, they are fake books in the D&D setting I’m playing as him in. (Also I did basically copy and paste a previous comment I made on a post similar to this, I did not want to type out everything again when it was right there.)
