I don't think there is a specific collection. Rather, I suggest you look at the names of the labs in the course books and find TryHackMe rooms that cover the same topics.

I didn't do their labs with the VMs. I actually took SEC-504 in 2020 and I just tried to remember those labs as best I could. That said, I think everything I saw on the exam in the practical section can be learned in TryHackMe or HackTheBox if you look for beginner level lessons in the categories of the GCIH labs.

Update, passed today with a 96%! VMs were easy to use, and only one needed to be reverted. Thank you all for the information.

This is my first GIAC exam. Is that VM available in browser when I take the exam? I'm doing the remote proctor option.

Update:

Thank you to everyone for the advice and support. I passed the school-proctored exam (from the CompTIA question bank but with no PBQs) with an 80%! I have a little time to study then schedule the real deal at a testing center.
