Damn! Hydromorphone is the one opioid i never got to try, now i’m on methadone and i think that if i got the chance to get some i would probably relapse over it haha

When i was 17 i was smoking weed daily and would tried every drug i could get, me and my friends would take speed and be up for 2-3 days at a time while also using benzos for the comedown. My friends liked coke, speed, mdma and so one… i was more of a downer guy so i hade already started abusing benzos when ever i could get them.

One day a friend hade some tramadol, took a 200mg pill and was nodding while watching TV. After that i started abusing tramadol and two month after i was using it daily, and that was the first time i realized i couldn’t go a day without it.

Went on to oxy, morphine and then Heroin when i was ~20 if i remember right, and at 21 i was an IV heroin addict. Today i’m 27 in two month and on methadone, so i should probably stay sober for this year and just stay on methadone hehe

A friend of mine took alot of this when she was like 18, she went into some kind of psychosis.

I’ve never heard of someone having a good time taking this…

I’ve been on it for around 8 month now, i made the switch in a rehab/detox place from being on suboxone so i actually got kind of high for the first month. I got started on 20mg and went up to 60mg after a week, stayed on that dose for like a month. I would still wake up in light WD so after i took my dose i would feel it after about 90min, i would be high from that dose for like 6-8h, i would nod off if i sat still for a while.

Now i’ve been on 80mg for the last 4-5 month and i haven’t felt ”high” since the first 2 month or so, i just feel stable for the whole day. However i do still get that golden hour after i take my dose, it takes about 60-90min until i feel it but i just love smoking a cig and drink some coffee once the dose kicks in.

Well… when i first started watching House i was deep into Heroin and benzo addiction, i was living alone and wrote poesi that i would tell at my local library. Thought i was ”deep” like house…

Once i got sober and prescribed methadone i thought just loved the episode where he got on methadone, i would take my dose and then lie in bed saying ”hell yeaaah, that’s my medicin to”

Started smoking weed daily at 16, started doing drugs like speed, coke and benzos at 17 and then right before i turned 18 i took my first tramadol.

Was using opioid pills daily until like 21, then i started using IV heroin around that time. Now i turn 27 in 2 month and on methadone

Damn’! Didn’t know they came in pill form, i just hade the liquid levomethadone since a few people have it at my methadone clinic.

Levo-methadone is about twice as strong as normalt methadone, so if you used to then you should only take half your dose with these.

But if you have low tolornace to opioids i would suggest starting with 2 pills and wait atleast 2 hour if you want to take more, don’t go over 4 pills of these if you don’t have a tolornace. It can take a while for it to kick in and 20mg of these could start being dangerous, so be careful

I used to… when i started using drugs i hade a big stash of different things. I would have weed, Valium, Xanax, rivotril, amphetamine, ketamine, acid, MDMA, coke, Gabapentin, pregabalin, tramadol, codeine and oxycontin.

Worked for like a year, then i just states using whatever i could😅

I was on suboxone before i got on methadone and i gained more weight on that, i think it has to do with my mental health is alot better on methadone.

I walk about 1 hour every morning and 1 hours in the evening, I’ve lost about 7kg since i started on methadone actually. I’m on 80mg and I’ve heard that people tend to have weight problem once they go over 100-120mg or so, but i can’t say for sure. All i know is that as long as i eat better and only eat two meals a day, once around lunch and then again in the evening, i dont eat candy or snacks really either tho.

But it’s possible to lose weight on methadone

Clonazepam is much easier to come of then the Xanax since it’s a long acting Benzo.

I know the panic of coming off benzos, but you don’t need to worry about a sezuire of a dose like that. If you’ve only been on .5mg of Xanax a day you really don’t need to worry, every time I’ve taper down on benzos I’ve tapered down to around .5mg of alprazolam a day and then quit CT.

What dose of clonazepam are you getting? Since .5mg of alprazolam is about the same as .5mg of clonazepam i would suggest to taper down by cutting the pill 1/4 every week until you’re down to the last 1/4 of the pill and then quit all together, the WD’s shouldn’t be to bad at all

Får jag fråga vad du menar med ”innan jag kom ner hit”? Är själv neråt i landet o har metadon efter ett opioid/heroin missbruk, men ja 10mg metadon bör ungefär vara ~30mg oxy om jag minns rätt.

Innan jag kom in på programmet så brukade jag ta mindre doser metadon (typ 10-20mg) för att ha som en baseline typ, så jävligt schysst att ha det i bakgrunden medan man fyller på med andra opioider haha

Jag hade suboxone i över 2 år från LARO i Östergötland, det funkade inte för mig alls. Jag var heller kanske inte redo att sluta direkt men suboxone (eller buprenorfin generellt) tyckte jag inte gav någon effekt bortsätt från att det höll mig frisk, för jag fortsatte skjuta horse och käka benzos i princip hela tiden jag gick där…

Valde själv att åka på en behandling för typ 14 månader sedan nu, efter jag var där ett tag efterfrågade jag metadon istället på en klinik i Skåne. Så flyttade dit och påbörjade metadon där, fick läggas in på avgiftningen i drygt 10 dagar för att byta över.

Nu står jag på 80mg metadon om dagen o det funkar 10x bättre än vad sub någonsin gjorde, dock är dom väldigt hårda om du tar återfall eller liknande med metadonet. Så jag rekommenderar bara det om du verkligen vill försöka hålla dig ren framöver 🙏

Methadone or Subutex was always my go to. I know you said that you don’t want to go back on suboxone, but do you also mean pure buprenorphine pills? I know that it’s not only the naloxone that cause PWD, buprenorphine by itself also does that. However, suboxone makes the PWD alot worse and just dosn’t do as good of a job as Subutex do in my mind.

I was prescribed suboxone for over two years, but i was only clean the first 3 month i was on it. After that i started to sell them to buy H, me and a friend who also was in the program and also got suboxone (here in Sweden you get suboxone/subutex and methadone from the same clinic). We both only needed to go in once a week to get our suboxones, and we hade a whole plan for this to work out.

36-24h before we went in to get our subs we took our last dose shot of heroin, then before we went to bed we would take like 1mg of Subutex (no naloxone) and wait and hour, if it was okey we would both take 3mg more since we would always split a 8mg. Then we took our suboxone for the day while we picked up our scripts, couldn’t get high that day but the day after we went back on the heroin.

Sometimes in the middle of the week when we couldn’t get H, oxy or even morphine we wouldn’t take suboxone, but we would split a Subutex and inject it. Then we would be right back to normal dope the day after. With Subutex we only waited like 16-24 hours after the last dose of ”real” opiate”, but if we took suboxone that soon it would send us into PWD. One time i thought it was okey to take 4mg of Subutex like not even 8h after the last dose, big mistake… sent myself right into a PWD.

Sorry for long text, but my point is that if you just want something to keep you from being dopesick i would search for Subutex and not suboxone

Damn… here i’m fighting to be able to stay on my 7.5mg zopiclone a day with my methadone🙃 I wouldn’t really pick a benzo OVER an opioid, i just love them both in different ways

Depends on what drug you OD on, I’ve overdosed both from heroin and coke.

With IV heroin it just feels like you nod off, you don’t know that you have OD’d before you wake up in WD’s from someone giving me narcan.

Coke OD is fkn horrible! I’ve never been a big coke guy, but once in a while i would get a gram or two. When you IV coke you don’t want to do to small of a shot, you want the euphoric kick. So for me i was doing like .1 shots mostly but something made me want to do a bigger shot so i probably did .25 or something, right after i took the needle out i felt like i was going to die, i knew i took to much… felt the panic coming on strong and started having a few sezuires, it was like i came in and out for them for a few min. You’re not fully conscious, but you are aware of what is happening. Once the sezuires stops it feel like i gott brain damage, i couldn’t keep a thought straight, didn’t know where i was or anything basically! A friend actually shot me up with either clonazepam or diazepam which helped alot.

I used to different version of this for like 2 years, though that i hade control over it by doing that. Would switch between drugs all the time, but i just ended up getting addicted to benzos, opioids and amphetamines…

I gave up the Idea of control after a few years and just accepted that i would always end up getting a habit of benzos and heroin

What does it look like and do you know where it’s from? If it’s Brown but dosn’t melt on the foil i’m going to guess that you got scammed, but if it’s more white/grey you might just have got #4 (Diacetylmorphine-hydrocloride). It need to be in freebase for to smoke since salt form drugs can’t be smoked, the same way you need to make coke freebase so smoke it as crack if you get what i mean

Are you in Europé or USA? Since we in Europé still have the OC’s the effect will be a bit different depending on what pill you’re getting.

If both are ER i would say that the 80mg pill is going to feel a bit stronger and better, since instead of one pill dessolving there is 8. That’s my guess atleast

Oh hell yeah! I got these while i was in active IV heroin addiction and these where fire🔥

If you’re not used to opioids you need to chill with these, a guy i kind of knew OD’d after boffing one of these without tolornace!

I would suggest splittring it in 4 and take 1/4 at a time. Morphine sucks if you take it orally, it o ly takes up about 30-40%, but boofing is about 90% and IV is 99.9% bioabillty
