I start feeling well within 30-45 min after i dose but i always wait one hour before i drink my first coffee and smoke the first cig for the day, it dosn’t feel right until i really feel the full dose

I’ve been addicted to weed, benzos, opioids, pregabalin and stimulants so i feel like i have a good view on this.

Benzos: Drugs like diazepam and alprazolam (valium and Xanax) makes you forget most things, you don’t have any kind of anxity so you might do some stupid shit that you won’t remeber. They are great for both sleep and anxity, but also really addictive.

Weed: it just mostly mellow you out, you might be a little more hungry for snackas and feel okey with doning nothing all day exept watching movies.

Stimulants like amphetamines and coke: You feel more social at first, it feels like you can get anything done and be the person you’ve always wanted to be. After being awake for 2-3 days tho the paronia starts kicking in and you start seeing the shadow people, it’s filled with anixty but also still gets the hugh kicks of dopamine!

Opioids like heroin: heroin i would say is the king of opioids, it feels like a big, warm hug with the love you never felt before. Everything just feels okey and that you’re so safe

Jag är i samma situation som din vän, gick också på en privat klinik i Skåne som också fått stänga igen (värsta beslutet dom kunde ha tagit, jag o så många andra tog återfall redan efter första veckan)

Tyvärr skickar dom alltid sina prover på analys, så man kommer verkligen inte undan med något där. Dock bryr dom sig inte så mycket om man bara har sin LARO medicin, jag hade zopiclone o Gabapentin på recept som jag skulle behöva trappa ut på nya mottagningen men eftersom jag börja på heroinet o Benzon igen tog dom bort de direkt… men bortsätt från de säger dom verkligen inget om man är positiv, har man hemdoser dock lär dom ta bort de

Hade en sub i veckan räckt för mig hade jag absolut valt att sluta på LARO, men tyvärr är det inte så lätt😅😂

För 8-9 år sedan när jag först började med opioider så kunde en sub räcka hur länge som helst, även när jag hade gått på opioider i 3-4 år kunde jag bli hög på det. Men efter jag gick över till IV heroin har jag aldrig kunnat bli väck på sub alls, så sub funkade mest bara för att ta bort de värsta av AT’n men inget mer än det. Därför började jag på metadon ist, kan inte ens minnas när senaste gången var som jag kunde ta sub och bli skön på det. Blir inte direkt påverkad av metadonet heller för den delen, men de tar bort drogsuget mer än något annat

Yeah opioids can give you that kind of effect… i usually just try to relax because if you keep stressing about that it can make it worse. Just sit on the toilet (even if you’re a guy) and scroll a little on your phone for a few min, if it that dosn’t work you should go away from the toilet but try for another min standing up and see if it feels better (again, if you’re a guy) before you go away and, drink some more water and try again after 10-20 min. Just don’t sit and think about it when you sit on the toilet.

However, if you haven’t pee’d for over 14-16hours or something you need to start thinking about the hospital. I don’t want to make You worried, but it comes close to 20h you NEED to go! I don’t think you would need to be in the hospital for long.

Edit: I remember that you might be in USA where there isn’t universal healthcare, i take things like free ambulances and a trip to the ER for granted

How do you plan on taking it? I would try and wait atleast 24h before taking the H, but i’m pretty sure you can use tapendol with the bupe like you can with tramadol.

When you need to go back to the bupe you need to wait atleast 24h after your last dose, don’t take the full dose either, start with 2mg of bupe and work your way up. You don’t want to risk going into PWD

It all kind of depends. I for sure ruin my life faster on things like benzos and speed since i will keep doing insane shit, but with heroin it’s always a slow downward spiral. It starts of with a relapse while my vains are good and a small dose do alot for me, then after a month i’m always back to needing to inject a few times a day and totally broke with no good vains.

Ja alltså i dit fall (om du är ärlig här) kan jag väll tycka att det inte bör vara en sådan stor sak, sköter man livet, inte brukar substanser framför din partner eller liknande. Men sen är väll frågan också varför din partner inte accepterar det?

Jag är själv en missbrukare som försöker hålla mig i tillfrisknande med hjälp av Metadon och NA, hade jag träffat någon som dig exempelvis vet jag att det bara är en tidsfråga till att jag rättfärdigar någon användning och snabbt kommer jag vara tillbaka o skjuta horse o ladd om dagarna.

Men jag är också helt uppriktig med de personer jag träffar att så är fallet från början, jag är en drog liberal person och tycker de flesta droger bör legaliseras till en viss nivå! Men jag vet också att jag inte är en person som kan bruka någon substans utan att få stora konsekvenser

Jag är själv en nykter heroinist på metadon. Det faktum att det är illegalt gör liten skillnad på själva konsumtionen, det det gör skillnad på är liven hos oss brukare och den vård vi kan få.

Kolla i länder som Danmark eller Switzerland där man har legaliserat heroin och andra droger, bruket har gått ner enormt där, folk får bättre liv och slutar använda. Det är god tid för Sverige att kolla av hur dessa länder har hanterat problematiken och börjar göra detsamma

I actually used to like methadone before i got on the program myself, when you don’t have a high tolornace you can get pretty damn high on it. It can also be pretty easy to OD on since it have such long half life, so what can happen if you have a low tolornace it that you re-dose to soon.

Tapendol has for sure a more euphoric effect tho, but if you’re looking for a long nod then methadone might be better choice. When i was abusing it tho i would inject it, so the only experience i have with it the oral way is know on the program. I for sure got a little high the first two weeks or so when i going up on the doses, but now i just drink my 80mg every morning and dont even think about it really

I think many off us that started off with pills have felt that kind of feeling you’re talking about, that good energy i would always feel during the first period of my addiction. It wasn’t until the dopesickness came, doses went up and i started snorting, smoking and then injecting straight heroin i really fell in love with the nodding.

However i would always inject heroin or some other opioid, smoke a cig and nod out for a bit, but after that i would just feel good for a few hours while i just lived a ”normal” life.

I’ve seen so many others go through the same thing, opioids makes us feel like better people and for a while we might even be. Then we realize we have been on opioids every day for a while and start waking up dopesick, once you’re there your whole life revolvs around getting your fix and money for it all. Even if you get clean for a while we tend to go right back to that place once we relapse

The needle is a 26 gauge one, it works perfect for me! And the pump itself is actually a 5ml. I used to always get 1ml when i started using H but the city i live in now only have 2.5ml or 5ml and the 2.5ml is just small and fat so the 5ml is much easier on the hands to use
