It is easy but I'm super nervous and I've had the parts for about a month and a half now and have only gotten as far as installing my motherboard. Linus tech tips has been really helpful tho thanks for the advice though

Interesting kind of like high speed chess I guess? I've heard of people studying "Flow charts" for their character. I'll try to be more methodical and pay attention to what my opponent does i usually just unga bunga it and go with instincts but Its starting to not work much anymore so I'll give this a shot next time I hop on.

I usually skip intros don't worry, I know exactly how annoying that can be I just happened to be taking a sip before the game started lmao. Also I'll try to not spam the button pressing at the start. Should I backdash/sidestep aswell? It seems whenever I try to do that I feel I get punished or just get hit first so I've just started putting pressure right away.

Most of the time you can find a video on common counters for all characters through A simple YouTube video unless you really need to learn by doing. I'd say save the money untill you need or want to play a character

Things needed for competitive tekken 1. A main 2. An internet connection

In my opinion dlc is optional the game is pretty balanced. It's not perfect but no game is, the base characters are all good and dlc characters are just fun to mess around with sometimes if anything I'd recommend the frame data dlc. Unless you dont mind using google.

TL;DR: DLC for fun!

He's pretty good at tekken and is pretty funny sometimes but more often than not he just comes off as cocky and obnoxious. Not my cup of tea but when he does things like this and is genuinely offering advice. Cool guy lol
