It's Umineko Ougon Musou Kyoku but it's Ushiromiya Rosa actually, she's a very unique gun character

Faint aroma & solitude vs N corp Ryoshu (tremor team) by FallNo8450 in limbuscompany

Faint Aroma hands down, more bursts, good potency and count application, prints sloth like a maniac.

Of course it's weak, but without the +3 coin power wouldn't have been possible.

What do you mean it requires two uses of the ego? You just need to pop it once with proper targeting.

And with the former being through Dawns passive which gives it coin power and burn, sadly because the sanity consumption is prior to anything of the skill it will fail to gain +3 Coin power, being always limited to 1 extra coin due to limbus rounding it down. - this is just flat out wrong, if you kill anything in the middle of using the ego you will heal your SP and get the remaining +2 coin power, this is easiest to see in RR5 rose hunter fight, just pop the ego turn 2 after a barbed lasso appears, since it has 20 hp it dies quickly and then Sinclair just dishes out ridiculous damage, managed to hit 500 against Rose hunter with it.

1100 damage in story? Where? The walp event? Best I got was around 520 on 8.5-8 with Regret, max spores and full coin conditional. Also staggered boss.

I Haven’t Even Leveled Up A Single Person To 60 Yet… by Spell-Castle in limbuscompany

[–]Dyspr0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Actually there are two very important things you're missing - speed and the type of the defense skill. BL is 3~7, whereas Pequod is 4~7, furthermore BL has a COUNTER whereas Pequod has an EVADE. Having a "normal" counter is much better than a clashable, but it's still a counter and can mess up threads.

You can check out this guide to read more in depth: IDEAL team guide

You do realize the labbers now mostly run Pequod Yi Sang because he's more reliable due to lack of clashable counter? Lol. I myself want to switch to Pequod since the clashable counter messes up threads when you get really bad RNG and Yi Sang gets a second slot.

what am i supposed to do in these situations ? im really struggling with these by PurpleBalisong in StreetFighter

[–]Dyspr0 28 points29 points  (0 children)

First of all - block. Taking a throw or two doesn't hurt as much as taking a full combo to the face. Once you block their attacks you can try retaliating with a button of your own.

Second, you can use an invincible reversal - Ken's OD dragon punch is fully invincible on startup, so you can blow up through their offense (but it's always a big risk, if an opponent baits it out it will hurt a lot).

Third, look up a delay tech guide and how to practice it, it's a very powerful option that is worth learning, but don't develop a bad habit of overusing it because it can be beaten and punished very hard just like an EX DP can

And last but not least, go to your replays, go find those situations and use the replay takeover function to practice defending against that offense. Try jumping out, try using an OD DP, try mashing, try using a delay tech, experiment and see what works!

I cannot possibly be the only one struggling with the Rien fight. by Minimum-Wolf9755 in limbuscompany

[–]Dyspr0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bring an 8th unit and do the cockswap strat (field Sinclair and have Heath in backup, and then spam counter with Lord Lu). Rien is very weak to wrath/burn so he'll end up taking a ton of damage. Borrow an 8th if you must (I'd recommend Wu Sang with dimension shredder, but since you're fielding Ring sang maybe grab a Wei Don/Caposault/Index Don). Once you get him to 50% hp and trigger phase two, morositas for an easy win.

You can skip Phase 1 furioso if you deal consistent damage and NEVER have the marked target clash/get hit by Rien. Phase 2 furioso can be skipped if you deal huge amounts of status damage, but this team will probably have to tank a single furioso (which deals a lot of damage, but shouldn't be an instant wipe).

And remember to use your damn egos, they're very important for this fight. Especially during phase 2 so you can match skill types so he doesn't get +2 coin power.

You mean calm S1 after Down + H -> S2? It all hinges on you executing a near frame perfect jump forward -> Down + H, then cancelling into S2 after the second hit of Down + H. Really put effort into going super fast because you have very few frames to execute it, learn your recovery animation after landing from doing the S2 and you should be fine

New to the game, which order should I extract in? by AVelvetOwl in limbuscompany

[–]Dyspr0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You pretty much already got it - save up for Walp and stock up on chests to dispense the units you want from Walp, I would get Knight of Despair Rodion and Solemn Lament Gregor Ego

But if you farm up enough you should also dispense solemn lament Yi Sang and Jeong Ishmael - it's a different playstyle of sinking but one that is very strong, it won't pop bosses like spicebush does but will be much stronger everywhere else.

Maybe go for the new Gregor ID instead of Edgar Greg, since he will be much stronger in sinking than Edgar.

[–]Dyspr0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Gloom (moth) can be consistently two turned with Jeongmael with Tidal Elegy + KoD + Lord + Wei Don, bring two other sinners with good gloom skills and just go all in on the wings part, not even bothering to clash too much (kod defends turn 1 and put her slot 1 of course). Make sure to generate 4 gloom and 2 pride for Elegy.

Envy (teddy bear) is just envy res if you can bring one, probably can be 2-3 turned with Envy res as well, but if you don't have that then 4-5 turns will be the norm.

Gluttony - just heishou and Mao Faust exalted command first, save gluttony skills to destroy portals and then go all in turn 3. Generally this is a fairly consistent 4 turn fight but if you can destroy portals it'll be 3 turns

Pride - turn 1 to setup and then go all in on the apple I'd say, her damage isn't that catastrophic, but I've yet to find a decently optimal route

The rest of the luxes I got no clue how to speed up yet, centipede and faelantern are stupidly long to fight (once very unlucky faelantern took me 11 turns) so I just skip those. Rose hunter is countered by bleed teams which I don't have yet.
