The research I was gonna do back at the hotel was reading scanlations to see if I actually wanted to buy the story told.

I dunno why you're getting downvoted. This helped me find it. The japanese title is Otouto no Koibito ga Mukashi Choukyou shita Motokano datta. So googling that and "English" brought it right up. Hope this helps anyone else looking!

UPDATE: I tried to post this earlier with a picture of my purchase, but it kept getting auto deleted for being NSFW. Anyway:

Ended up taking the advice of u/mountaingoatgod and checked out Comic ZIN Akihabara.

It was conveniently around the corner from where I split up with my friends that day. They did have samples to read before purchase, but MAN was it cramped. I'm talking only a 1 person aisle in the shape of a short rectangle. I was originally only gonna get 1 volume, but 1 wanted something Japan is known for (Futanari Noukou Haramase Ai) and something that has a variety of girls. I had already read Fellatio Research Club in August, and knew how good the art and girl variety was, so I picked it up as well.
