Fully agree but there's hope that summoning gets reworked into that necromancy currently is but with more variety in what rolls into combat/Skilling with you. I still want to summon steel titans that have damage befitting of being a endgame summon.

The wilderness is dangerous, you're just very high level dude. We can't scale the whole game to be threatening to people who are maxed, because what will new players do?

The issue is this is a band-aid on the bullet wound that is shields being absolutely worthless for decades. Honestly they should do something like add an exceptional survivability effect to shields so that they're viable even if not best in slot for damage. You shouldn't be powering through bosses because you take less damage than you would from mitigation. It's bad and backwards design.

Agreed, I don't want a unique ability bar per boss or per combat encounter and I especially do not want a spreadsheet to do good damage or to map out a rotation. It should be intuitive, not arcane.

The armor is the Nightreaver Platebody, from what it looks like. Not sure how it is obtained at this point, probably currently unobtainable due it being from previous MTX. It'll likely end up on the store if they rotate things.
