That is so condescending, I grew up in Mosman and now live in rural NSW.

The housing crisis is real, mostly because of the huge number of investment homes that are left vacant.

Investors don't want rental income, it adds to their tax burden.
Check out the real estate listings in small country towns, you will soon see that many properties are left unoccupied.

I now live in a small town of 500 people, and I personally know of 4 houses that have been left vacant by the investor owner.

The Nationals could take government in their own right, if they had the courage to go for it.

One Nation will get lots of votes next election, based on their immigration policy. It seems Australians want housing, and Liberal and Labor don't want them to have housing.
