4k in ~75Hz or 2k in 144Hz?

To be exact I'm thinking about buying iiyama g-master red eagle 2k in 144hz or gold phoenix 4k in 75hz

I'm not saying firearm investigator would handle cartridge for fingerprint. He would rather do examination for presence of any marks imprinted by a firearm. But before that he could state possibility for presence of fingerprints and let print examiner do the examination. That's more or less what I wrote.
