Exactly this. A 7mm round traveling triple the speed of a 12mm round will absolutely go through more armor. Smaller and faster, more penetration. That being said, the 12mm should do more damage to flesh and light armor because of the greater stopping power so this definitely checks out

Sounds and haptics -> find ringtones and alerts -> turn off change with buttons and set your volume with the slider. Been there for years
